Luxury 285-Unit Apartment Community Opens in the Highlands Ranch Submarket of Denver

DENVER, CO – ReyLenn Properties announced the opening of Solana Lucent Station, a new luxury rental community in the Highlands Ranch submarket of Denver.

The 285-unit community includes more than 50% one-bedroom homes, with more than 100 two-bedrooms and 18 three-bedrooms. Rental rates start at $1,575 per month. It is situated on 9.89 acres at Belle Drive and Plaza Drive off Lucent Boulevard, adjacent to Colorado’s C-470.

The development’s location was chosen for its ease of transit access, unobstructed mountain views and adjacency to the plotted Lucent Station light rail stop on the Southwest rail line. The community is located just 15 miles from downtown Denver and within a half hour drive of the Rocky Mountain foothills.

“Solana Lucent Station is uniquely designed to suit the Highlands Ranch community’s housing needs,” said Jason Smith, the Vice President of Development for ReyLenn Properties. “We couldn’t be more proud to welcome a diverse set of tenants into this high caliber, luxury community.”

The development is designed to LEED Silver criteria and prominently features some of the highest caliber apartment amenities offered in the area. Located on the west-facing part of the site, an 8,500 square foot clubhouse and amenity center is home to an expansive fitness center including in-person and on-demand classes, a zen yoga and spin studio, a golf and sport simulator, a pet grooming room, a bike and ski maintenance facility, an indoor/outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, and both business and lounge amenities. Apartment units offer luxury features such as 9’ ceilings throughout, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, open floor plans, 5-burner gas ranges, custom European roller shades, and electric vehicle charge-enabled garages.

Solana Lucent Station is under the management of Denver-based Mission Rock Residential, a privately held property management company formed in 2012.
