The assets, located across the United States, were a part of multiple investment vehicles managed by the Company.

Lauderdale, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Washington, D.C., and Boston. The company has completed approximately $4.3 billion of acquisitions and dispositions so far in 2021.

Embrey Announces Closing of Land Acquisition for 306-Unit Keene at The District Apartment Community in Centennial, Colorado

CENTENNIAL, CO – Embrey has closed on its site buy for Keene at The District, a 306-unit multifamily community project, its second scheduled project in the highly desirable development that offers mountain views, neighborhood walkability and simple access to jobs, shopping and entertainment.
The four-tale project is a multifamily wrap-style that will help promote a pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use community within The District. Embrey bought its property from Brue-Baukol Capital Partners, a Denver-based company that is developing The District.
