Bell Partners Acquires Two Adjacent Apartment Communities Totaling 420-Units in High Growth Corridor of Greater Boston Market

BOSTON, MA – Bell Partners, one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, announced that it has bought Hanover Westford Valley and Hanover Westford Hills, two adjacent apartment communities located in Westford, Mass., on behalf of the firm’s Fund VII investors. The two properties will be merged to form Bell Westford, which will be the 5th community Bell Partners owns in the greater Boston area.
Bell Westford is located along the bustling I-495 corridor, home to a wide range of technology and healthcare employers including IBM, Abbott Laboratories and NetScout, as well as retail amenities at The Point Shopping Center and Cornerstone Square. For those working in Boston, the nearby Littleton/Route 495 commuter rail station provides direct access to North Station via the Fitchburg Line. The community is also close to well loved family-friendly attractions including Nashoba Valley Ski Area, The Butterfly Place, the Main Street Windmill and Kimball Farm.

JVM Realty Acquires Newly-Constructed 269-Unit Luxury Apartment Community in Indianapolis Suburb of Avon, Indiana

AVON, IN – JVM Realty Corp., a leading vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment and property management firm, announced it has bought Satori Flats, a newly-constructed apartment community located in the Indianapolis suburb of Avon, Indiana.
The Class A residential community was built in 2019 and features 269 luxury apartments.

Security Properties Completes Off-Market Acquisition of 938-Unit Multifamily Housing Portfolio in Portland and Denver Markets

SEATTLE, WA – A partnership between Security Properties and an affiliate of Rockwood Capital closed on a three-property portfolio acquisition, the companies announced. The acquisition consists of The Ardea, a 323-unit Class-A multifamily high-rise located in Portland, OR; Windward, a 200-unit Class-A+ mixed-use project in Lake Oswego, OR; and The Metro, a 415-unit Class-A- asset in Denver, CO.

The Windward is a 200-unit, three-building, 2018-built community in Lake Oswego, OR, with 14,166 square feet of ground-floor retail. The location is at the heart of downtown Lake Oswego, the zip code with the highest median income in the state of Oregon.
The Metro is a 415-unit apartment community located in Denver, CO. The Metro is located in the Ball Park neighborhood, which provides residents with convenient access to the downtown core and proximate neighborhoods, and within walking distance of Union Station, the central hub of Denver’s regional transit system.
