Thompson Thrift to Develop 308-Unit Stella Luxury Apartment Community in Rapidly Growing Phoenix Submarket of San Tan Valley

PHOENIX, AZ – Thompson Thrift, a full-service nationally recognized real estate company and one of the nation’s leading multifamily developers, announced the development of Stella, a 308-unit, Class A multifamily community in the Phoenix suburb of San Tan Valley. Thompson Thrift plans to start construction in June and welcome new residents beginning in late 2024.

With leverage, the Fund has investment capacity of approximately $3.2 billion. The Fund’s value creation strategies include renovations, enhanced operations, and investment in transitioning neighborhoods.
