HENDERSON, NV – FARING announced the acquisition of “The Well,” a 396-unit residential complex within the world’s first health-integrated master plot community, in Henderson, NV.
“With the acquisition of ‘The Well,’ FARING joins one of Las Vegas’ most desirable submarkets, with a very well-located multifamily community,” said Jason Illoulian, CEO of FARING.
Bought for $83,500,000 and situated on 20 acres, Illoulian described the go as “a compelling opportunity to capitalize on Clark County’s strong economic growth.”
“We still have a large amount of capital earmarked to buy recently built, stabilized multi-family buildings in Nevada and California,” Illoulian added.
Completed in 2019, the 356,000-square-foot complex features generously sized units with amenities including full-size, in-unit washers and dryers, spacious walk-in closets and private patios/balconies.
Residents at “The Well” are provided access to swimming pools and spas, ramadas with gas BBQ grills, a sand volleyball court, a clubhouse with media lounge and game room plus a 24-hour fitness center.

FCP Acquires 216-Unit Brookview Apartment Community in Growing West Atlanta Submarket of Douglasville, Georgia for $20 Million

ATLANTA, GA – FCP announced the $20.0 million acquisition of Brookview Apartments, a 216-unit apartment community in Douglasville, GA. The acquisition marks FCP’s 19th investment in Atlanta and the firm’s third investment in the Douglasville submarket.
“Brookview fits well within FCP’s growing west Atlanta portfolio which has seen the addition of eight assets since 2019,” said FCP’s Michael Errichetti. Errichetti continued, “The property is proximate to west Atlanta’s large industrial and logistics market, which has seen tremendous growth over the past few years.”
The community is located at 8460 Hospital Drive in Douglasville, minutes from FCP-owned Stewarts Mill and Place at Midway. Wood Partners Announces Groundbreaking of 312-Unit Alta Austin Avenue Apartments in Booming Community of Georgetown, Texas

GEORGETOWN, TX – Wood Partners, a national leader in multi-family real estate development, announced the groundbreaking of its newest luxury residential community – Alta Austin Avenue – in Georgetown, Texas. Construction is underway, and the community is scheduled to open in Winter 2021.
