Not only will the project itself be an asset to the community it will help alleviate the shortage of affordable housing for families in the area. Our investor and financing partners worked diligently to ensure the project was financially viable and we cannot thank them enough for their commitment to ensure we were able to close amidst the uncertainty of the COVID 19 pandemic.
