Swinerton and Shorenstein Properties Top-Out 1066 Market Street in Mid-Market District of San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Swinerton and Shorenstein Properties have topped out at 1066 Market Street, a 14-tale apartment building that will bring much-needed housing and public improvements to the Mid-Market district of San Francisco.

Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, this 303-unit residential complex also has over 4,400 square feet of ground-floor retail space. 1066 Market’s unique structure and façade are designed to blend in with the surrounding buildings in the historic theatre district. Construction broke ground on 1066 Market in 2018 and is on track to complete mid-2020.
