(RECAP: The 80-unit Greenbrier Apartment complex on Rivermont Avenue is set to go up for public auction this month after its owner defaulted on the loan, but a lender involved with the property says residents should not see any disruption in services. Although Greenbrier Enterprises LLC is up-to-date on real estate taxes with the city, owing one last payment of $7,561 in May, the loan on the property went into default earlier this year. City of Lynchburg online records show Greystone Servicing Corporation was a lender. The auction will be held at 10 a.m. April 8 on the front steps of the Lynchburg Circuit Courthouse. The property is currently zoned Medium-High Density Multi-Family Residential.)
